Dr. Kelvin Van Voorst was raised in Northwestern Iowa. He attended Iowa State University for his undergraduate degree in Biology and Pennsylvania College of Optometry for his Doctor of Optometry. He received exceptional training in the areas of ocular disease, contact lens and pediatric eyecare through various rotations in Pennsylvania, Florida and Minnesota. He moved to the Dallas area with his wife, Dr. Stacie, in 2004 and they now reside in Prosper, Texas. Dr. Kelvin is an active member in the Texas Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, Northeastern Texas Optometric Association, Frisco Lions Club and the Prosper Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys golfing and wood working.
Dr. Stacie Van Voorst grew up in upstate New York. She received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Buffalo and her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Stacie received extensive training in pediatrics, ocular disease and contact lenses at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. She also traveled to Connecticut and Florida to train with top optometrists in the areas of contact lens and ocular disease. Dr. Stacie is an active member in the Texas Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, Northeastern Texas Optometric Association, Frisco Lions Club and the Prosper Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Stacie and Dr. Kelvin are proud residents of Prosper, Texas and are involved in giving back to the community through various committees. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, painting and cooking.
